Fall School Picture Schedule. All flights have been booked. There are a few modifications in the schedule due to routing that are noted in yellow. Mostly for the southern route. The northern route has one route that the photographer is on standby Wales to Brevig Mission. The southern route has one standby at the end of the route Elim to Nome.

Shishmaref School will have early release at 1:30 pm each day Wednesday through Friday, April 12 - 14 for our Shishmaref Middle School Basketball Tournament.
Due to the storm increasing and lack of visibility we will be cancelling tonight. If your child is at the gym please come and pick them up from the school.
Good Morning Shishmaref families- This Saturday, March 25th will be a make up day for inclement weather from March 4th. Saturday will be parent/teacher conferences day. Students will need to attend with their parent/s. Attendance will be taken and counted. On the way out please pick up a sack lunch at the front of the school for your student/s breakfast and lunch. See you all on Saturday!

Youth Employment Services provide opportunities for part-time summer employment to youth between the ages of 14-24, during the months of June, July & August. Work sites are voluntary and last 4 weeks. Typically, hired youth work 24 hours per week, and pay is $12 per hour. Youth Employment Services are designed to provide valuable employment skills and experience while earning a wage.
